This role ensures high-quality programming and provides strategic direction for Middle School and High School students of Faith and their families. The Youth Minister is responsible for nurturing the spiritual formation and development of youth and cultivates safe spaces in which youth can be the fullness of who God has created them to be, with a heart for social justice (fully inclusive of the LGBTQ+ community and advocating for racial reconciliation, justice, and equity), and community outreach and engagement.
